- Identify talent : Find and attract potential candidates for open positions
- Create a strategy : Develop a plan for hiring that ensures quality and speed
- Post job ads : Create and publish job listings on job sites and social media
- Screen resumes : Review resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews : Use various interview techniques to evaluate candidates
- Onboard new employees : Ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Ensure compliance : Follow employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Host job fairs : Participate in job fairs to promote the company as a good place to work
- Experience with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, and human resources management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
- Ability to source candidates on social media and professional websites
