Description - Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Support employee relations by addressing and resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate on training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: Aleast 1 year of HR experience
- Skills and Competencies: Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Communication, HRIS
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, Interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support in Human Resource Planning and social recruitment
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work options
