- Execute recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
