- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR, job evaluation, compensation analysis, or a related area.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities. Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and compensation structures.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- This is a project-based role , and the contract duration would typically depend on the size and complexity of the job leveling project (usually 3-6 months).
