- Prepare HRLR reports and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, resignations, terminations, and legal matters related to employee lawsuits.
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal customers, preparing necessary documentation for case management and legislated requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Labor Relations or strong knowledge of PH Labor Laws
- Experience representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings (NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc.)
- Can work onsite and do night shift schedule
