Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Must be a people person
- Must be knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and keen to details
- Must have strong emotional maturity and can work under pressure
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable in dealing with employees across all levels in the organization
- Willing to work in Quezon City
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day to day operations of the HR functions focusing on Employee Engagement and Labor Relations.
- Drive employee awareness of company rules and regulations, and HR guidelines
- Offering counseling to employees, compliance monitoring, and policy communication.
- Maintains database of employee relation records for proper monitoring
- Collate and manage documentations needed for administrative hearings and evidences
- Ensures the proper and timely processing and issuance of employee documents/forms
