Employee Relations Specialist

HR Employee Relations Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring fair, consistent treatment of employees. This position is responsible for managing employee relations issues, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting compliance with company policies and labor laws.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course.
• With basic knowledge in Philippine Labor Code, HR Policies & Procedures and Employee Discipline
• Strong interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Can handle different HR facets
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Preferably with 1-year experience in ER, Training or General HR. Fresh graduate with relevant internship may be considered.
