JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Manager will lead the human resources function and align workforce, employee relations, compliance, and talent programs with business needs. This position requires leadership experience and accountability for people, operating results, and service or business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HR plans, policies, systems, and annual priorities.
• Lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, records, and compliance.
• Advise management on workforce risks, organization, performance, and employee matters.
• Manage the HR team, budget, vendors, and statutory requirements.
• Review HR metrics and implement improvements in retention, productivity, and employee experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR management.
• Proven HR management experience with responsibility for a broad HR function.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and employment practices.
• Demonstrated people leadership, policy development, and stakeholder management.
• Able to handle sensitive matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.
