Job Requirements - Elementary or High School graduate.
- Prior physical labor experience in construction or general operations.
- Good physical health and stamina for heavy lifting, manual labor, and outdoor work.
- Strong team player with a responsible work ethic and attention to safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Assist site engineers, foremen, and skilled tradespeople (masons, carpenters, mechanics) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, haul, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment across the site.
- Prepare construction areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and assembling temporary scaffolding.
- Mix, pour, and transport concrete, mortar, or grout as needed.
- Maintain overall site cleanliness and enforce basic safety practices around work areas.
