Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Staff to support daily HR operations. The role primarily involves recruitment coordination, agency communication, employee relations, performance monitoring, scheduling, and records management.
The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR tasks at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with manpower agencies regarding staffing requirements and endorsements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews, hiring, onboarding)
- Conduct initial interviews and applicant assessments
- Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues
- Facilitate quarterly performance evaluations and documentation
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules
- Maintain and update employee records (201 files, contracts, monitoring sheets)
- Update and manage HR trackers using Google Sheets and other HR tools
- Assist in policy implementation and internal communications
- Prepare HR reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- With OJT experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in recruitment and basic labor relations
- Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision
