About Klaiya
Klaiya is a premier online advertising agency and digital center of excellence based in Manila. Specializing in brand performance, e-commerce solutions, and influencer marketing, we blend data-driven strategies with out-of-the-box design to help brands stand out, scale, and dominate the digital landscape.
We are looking for an ambitious, highly creative Marketing & Content Manager to take full ownership of Klaiya's brand presence, narrative, and inbound pipeline. In this role, you'll act as the internal agency marketer - treating Klaiya as your primary client to showcase our capabilities, win industry mindshare, and drive prospective client leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership & Case Studies: Partner with our creative and campaign teams to write, design, and produce high-impact agency case studies, trend reports, and e-commerce growth whitepapers that demonstrate Klaiya's expertise.
- Social & Digital Media Ownership: Own and execute the content strategy across Klaiya's social channels (LinkedIn for B2B client acquisition; Instagram/TikTok for agency culture, talent, and visual work showcase).
- Inbound Lead Generation: Create compelling content campaigns and downloadable guides aimed at driving prospective client inquiries and inbound business leads.
- Klaiya Website & Editorial: Maintain and update Klaiya's corporate website, ensuring portfolio pages, blogs, and landing pages are fresh, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- PR & Industry Presence: Coordinate Klaiya's presence at industry events, webinars, and podcasts, as well as draft submissions for regional digital and advertising awards.
- Performance Reporting: Track and present monthly content performance metrics (engagement, web traffic, inbound leads) directly to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, content creation, or digital strategy—preferably within an agency, advertising, or tech environment.
- Exceptional Copywriting: Strong portfolio showcasing long-form content, social copy, and strategic visual storytelling.
- Tech & Visual Literacy: Hands-on experience with social media tools, basic visual design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), and CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow).
- E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Savvy: Solid understanding of performance marketing concepts, e-commerce trends, and digital advertising metrics.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead content projects from concept through distribution in a fast-paced agency setting.
