Marketing Manager/Growth Lead

About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager / Growth Lead who can lead the Marketing Team and translate company revenue objectives into measurable marketing, demand-generation, and qualified-pipeline strategies. This role is for a marketing leader who thinks commercially, uses data to make decisions, takes ownership of strategy and execution, and proactively recommends solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for marketing activities and content, but also for ensuring that Marketing contributes measurable qualified opportunities, pipeline, and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies aligned with company revenue objectives.
Identify priority services, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target industries, market opportunities, and appropriate channels.
Recommend marketing priorities based on market conditions, customer insights, competitor activity, and business goals.
Present proactive strategies and solutions to Management rather than relying on Management to determine campaign direction.
Establish and manage measurable targets for MQLs, SQLs, qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and conversion.
Develop lead-generation initiatives designed to support company revenue objectives.
Monitor the quality and progression of Marketing-generated opportunities.
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/SEM, lead-generation, and other appropriate acquisition channels.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities with commercial and revenue objectives.
Strong understanding of lead generation, MQL/SQL management, pipeline development, and conversion.
Experience managing digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, ABM, or related acquisition channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and sales performance data.
Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign ROI/ROAS.
Strong leadership, coaching, prioritization, and performance-management skills.
Ability to work closely with Sales and Management.
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Highly proactive, accountable, organized, and results-oriented.
