Who are we?
Automart is your trusted online used car auction site. We’re a platform that - by definition - ensures that both buyers and sellers get the best possible price for their vehicle.
What You’ll Do
Hustle/ Startup Mindset - We have a small but growing team, and everyone is expected to pitch in where needed. We have a functioning, not fancy office. You must know which tasks are important, and which ones can slide. Having worked or founded a startup is a major plus.
Autonomous and self-starting - We need people who see the big picture and work with minimal supervision. They must be confident in their skills. When they see an opportunity, they pounce.
Can work in ambiguity and unstructured environments
Hardworking - Growing a business is tough. Long days are the norm.
Vision driven - You must believe that it’s possible to have a better-functioning Philippine used car marketplace, and are motivated to make the vision real.
What will you actually do?
* Map out the path, and develop the Automart.Ph. Make brands a household name synonymous to great, quality used cars and properties within the Philippines, within the next two (2) years.
* Insight-driven Marketing - find the insights that make people buy and become loyal repeat customers with us. Have them spread the word about our brands.
* Performance marketing and marketing tasks automation - Optimize Google Ads and FB Ads as well as other channels. Utilize automation tools to optimize our repetitive marketing tasks.
* Help CEO and other key managers with strategy and decision-making through data analysis.
* Lead important marketing projects and company-wide efforts. Create and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
* Be responsible for Brand Health and Brand Growth - ensure that we have a 5-star rating among our target market.
* Help Grow Sales through sound, aggressive and great marketing.
* Conduct/ lead market researches and distill useful insights from them.
* Evaluate competitors.
What experiences do you have?* If you’ve worked in a startup before, better yet, have founded one, great! Best if it was a tech one.
* You must have managed and launched projects and major initiatives for companies before, so you understand the planning, effort and skills necessary.
* 3-5 Years working in a marketing and/ or digital marketing role highly preferred, with demonstrable examples of success.
* Knows how to use Asana, Trello or similar project management tools. Google drive too.
* In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Marketing, Facebook Ads Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and other Organic Marketing Channels.
* Experience with marketing automation and content creation tools like Mobile Monkey, Strapi, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
* Brand Management, a digital brand is even better.
