Digital Marketing Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, strengthen online presence, and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, lead generation, social media, paid advertising, and analytics, with the ability to lead a team and translate business objectives into effective digital campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Lead and oversee digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, search, and other digital channels
Develop and optimize lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics
Oversee the company's social media strategy, content direction, and digital presence
Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools and provide actionable recommendations
Develop strategies for SEO/SEM, website traffic, conversion optimization, and online visibility
Lead, mentor, and provide direction to members of the Marketing Team
Collaborate with Recruitment, Sales, Operations, and Management on campaigns and business initiatives
Identify new digital marketing opportunities, platforms, technologies, and industry trends
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
At least 4–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategy and team leadership
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in lead generation, paid media, campaign optimization, and performance marketing
Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and website analytics
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
Experience managing advertising budgets and evaluating campaign ROI
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Able to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and priorities
