Brand Marketing Associate (Social Media & Content)

About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Associate to support the growth and online presence of our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent brand communication, managing social media content, and supporting marketing activities for one assigned brand. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys content planning, social media management, and building meaningful audience engagement through digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the social media presence of one assigned brand, primarily on Facebook and Instagram.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across digital platforms.
- Develop and organize weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Write captions, promotional messages, and other marketing content.
- Coordinate with the creative team in preparing graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Support Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns and monitor basic performance results.
- Track social media engagement, audience growth, reach, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor current social media trends.
- Assist in implementing brand awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, social media management, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business pages.
- Knowledge of content planning, social media scheduling, and brand communication.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic social media analytics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Able to collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Sampaloc, Manila.
