Contracting Outsourcing Management Services Incorporated
- Perform daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate recording and processing of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, including contracts and employee records.
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
- Provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices.
- Maintain and update payroll and benefits information for all employees.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Computer literate with proficiency in accounting and HR software.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong HR consulting skills to advise on employee-related matters.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attend to employees concern both in-house and agency hired
- Checking agency hired employees
- And all other HR related concern
- Accounts payables responsibilities
