- Oversee the daily operation of Human Resources Department
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, and labor laws.
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination and training.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process (Job Posting, screening, scheduling, interviews, onboarding).
- Handle employee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and training.
- Main HR role is for payroll of staff's and concerns
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management or Bachelor's Degree of Psychology
- Knowledgeable of Labor Law and HR policies.
- Willing to be trained and open with fast paced environment
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Employee Relation and Engagement
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suites especially Excel
