HR Officer/HR Generalist

- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and training initiatives to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in employee relations and address workforce inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
