- In-charge in analyzing, developing, and implementing policies that align with organizational objectives of the Company.
- Monitors and Coordinates with the Head and Supervisors in related with the Employee Relation issuance of notices and schedule hearings in connection with grievances and violations
- Monitors the process of Quality Assurance Reports
- Records update and maintain Employee’s Master List.
- Monitors and ensure all reports and tasks of HR/ Admin.
- Check and monitor the process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees, including the exit interview.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
