- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases
- Support onboarding and prepare new-hire documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and leave management
- Provide support for payroll preparation tasks
- Respond to employee HR inquiries
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement activities and events
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- BS Psychology graduate
- Interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
