Payroll Specialist

Description - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
- Verify and maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with regular business hours.
