Human Resource Supervisor

- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Utilize HRIS systems for employee data management and reporting.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruiting methodologies and employee relations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to administer payroll and benefits with a focus on compliance.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime as needed.
