Production Planning and Control Specialist

- Develop and optimize production schedules to meet demand while minimizing costs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies for effective stock management.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast production needs and adjust plans accordingly.
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and recommend improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in production planning software; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze and interpret production data
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for onsite visits
