Billing and Collection Specialist

Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Financial Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and has sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment-related matters and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or collection issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on billing and collection activities.
