Accounting Supervisor:
Supervise and monitor daily accounting activities and accounting staff performance.
Review journal entries, general ledger accounts, and account reconciliations for accuracy.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related transactions.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and government regulations.
Prepare, review, and monitor tax-related requirements and filings with the BIR.
Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain and monitor BIR compliance including books of accounts, invoices/official receipts, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies during audits and assessments.
Monitor updates on BIR rules, tax regulations, and revenue issuances and implement necessary changes.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
