Business Development & Service Intake Officer
The FAITHM Group is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Development & Service Intake Officer responsible for generating sales leads and managing all inbound inquiries for printer and IT services.
This role serves as the central intake hub for both companies, handling ad inquiries, social media messages, walk-in repair requests, appointment scheduling, and CRM management.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential corporate and SME prospects
- Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach
- Build and maintain updated lead database
- Book appointments for Sales Executives
Repair & Service Intake
- Respond promptly to inquiries (ads, social media, walk-ins, referrals)
- Gather complete client and unit details
- Schedule on-site service appointments
- Encode job orders accurately
Coordination & Tracking
- Coordinate daily schedule with technicians
- Maintain organized CRM records
- Submit weekly activity and intake reports
Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)
- Structured CRM system active
- Consistent meeting bookings for Sales
- Smooth repair intake process with minimal scheduling conflict
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in sales support or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and process-driven
- Comfortable handling multiple inquiries daily
