Business Development Officer

QUALIFIACATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
- At least 3yrs proven experiences working as a business development officer or similar role.
- The ability to travel.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- With a high degree of professionalism.
- No visible tattoo and no pierce.
- Willing to start ASAP
A Nationwide Business Development Officer (BDO) drives the company’s expansion by identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing sales across all regions. They analyze market trends, recruit and manage regional sales teams, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to execute localized acquisition strategies.
Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Expansion: Develop and implement nationwide business plans designed to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue.
• Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, franchises, and strategic partners across different regions.
• Market Research: Conduct continuous environmental scanning and data analysis on regional market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, track conversion metrics, and ensure branch or regional teams meet monthly and quarterly financial targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align on product positioning, promotional campaigns, and resource allocation.
