JOB OBJECTIVE:
Contribute to overall sales targets by generating leads and developing business opportunities across relevant markets and industries for the assigned products and brands.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Generate sales leads and identify business opportunities through regular engagement with specifiers.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and secure product specifications for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Develop and qualify new specifier accounts, promoting company products and solutions for project inclusion.
• Keep specifiers updated on new products, models, promotions, and other relevant company developments.
• Distribute updated marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, samples) during visits.
• Schedule and conduct presentations on company offerings as needed.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on relationship-building initiatives for key specifier accounts.
• Gather and report relevant specifier information for review and action, including:
1. Company updates
2. Business opportunities such as:
a. New projects (with key details)
b. Maintenance or renovation plans
c. Other relevant insights
Support Sales Executives in building and strengthening relationships with key customers to grow business partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to help secure brand specifications and close project opportunities.
• Monitor quotations and proposals, coordinating with sales any required adjustments on requirement specifications to improve chances of winning the business.
