OJT Student Intern Human Resources (HR)

JD Foods is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic OJT Student Interns to join our Human Resources Department. This internship provides students with valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee records management, and administrative functions while working in a professional food manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including applicant screening and interview coordination.
- Help maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Support HR administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as assigned.
- Coordinate with applicants and employees regarding HR concerns.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR Supervisor.
- Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related courses.
- Endorsed by the school for internship/OJT.
- With MOA (if required by the school).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned onsite in Plaridel, Bulacan.
