Job Summary:
The HR Head is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for the gasoline station and franchise food/restaurant operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, labor compliance, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions. The position ensures smooth manpower operations while maintaining company policies and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of HR supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience in gasoline station, retail, food, or restaurant operations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR policies
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to handle multi-site operations and workforce concerns
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations for gasoline station and restaurant personnel
- Manage hiring, onboarding, deployment, and manpower requirements
- Monitor attendance, tardiness, and employee performance
- Implement company policies, code of discipline, and labor compliance
- Handle employee concerns, investigations, and administrative cases
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and government mandatory contributions
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Maintain HR records and confidential employee files
- Prepare HR reports and manpower updates for management
- Ensure proper staffing and operational support for all branches/sites
