About the Role

The role is responsible for providing financial planning, accounting, and reporting support to drive informed decision-making, operational excellence, and the delivery of accurate financial outcomes across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supporting the business in delivering core Finance activities across planning, accounting and reporting, including coordination of forecasting, budgeting and management reporting processes.
• Analysing financial performance to identify key drivers, variances and insights to support decision-making.
• Delivering quality financial analysis, planning outputs and management reporting to support business performance and Group requirements.
• Maintaining system models (including offline working models), ensuring the integrity, accuracy and availability of information to support stakeholder queries.
• Partnering across Commercial, Accounting, Reporting, Planning and GBS teams to support accurate financial outcomes and end-to-end process delivery.
• Supporting delivery of key Finance reporting and performance management requirements, ensuring timely and accurate information for business and stakeholder decision-making.
• Working collaboratively to deliver continuous improvement, standardisation, governance and controls across Finance processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and data quality.

About You

• With relevant work experience in finance planning & accounting
• Continuous Improvement understanding
• Strong Stakeholder engagement
• Able to work in a team and independently, preferably with experience within finance or GBS R2A
