Supply Planning Specialist

The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for translating demand plans into executable supply plans to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and efficient supply chain operations. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage supply risks, support planning decisions, and drive continuous improvement across the supply planning process. 

As a Supply Planning Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute supply and production plans based on demand requirements and business priorities. 
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively address supply risks to ensure product availability.
• Conduct scenario planning and provide recommendations to support key business decisions.
• Manage NTM, packaging material, and tax stamp planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute supply planning activities in SAP while ensuring data accuracy and planning integrity. 
• Drive process improvements and performance monitoring to enhance supply chain efficiency. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 
• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, production planning, or related supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG. 
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Experience working with planning systems such as SAP, SAP IBP, or SAP MRP is an advantage.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
