Our Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Cebu and Taguig for the role of Marketing Officer .
In this role, you will plan, manage, and execute internal and external events, sponsorships, and merchandising initiatives that support brand visibility and sales objectives while ensuring seamless logistics, vendor coordination, budget management, and payment processing. You will also collaborate with various business units to deliver event requirements, evaluate campaign performance, and maintain consistency across brand communications and marketing materials.

What the role will entail:
- Conceptualize, manage and execute event plans and concepts to attain brand and sales objectives
- Support different segments and business units in organizing and managing internal and external events
- Handle post-event reports, track and evaluate the performance of sponsorship programs
- Work with different segments and business units for event and merchandising requirements
- Manage campaign budget and facilitate payment invoicing
- Liaise, negotiate and onboard vendors for events and corporate giveaways
- Handle event requirements and logistics
- Ensure overall consistency of brand communication and materials
- Perform other duties, work assignments and functions, as may be assigned
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Arts or Business
- 3-5 years of work experience in relevant or similar position
- Good portfolio of organized events and sponsorship
- Open to be assigned in Visayas and Mindanao stores
- Marketing agency and hosting experience is highly preferred
