Our Strategic Finance Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of Corporate Planning & Business Finance Manager (FP&A Manager).

As a Corporate Planning & Business Finance Manager (FP&A Manager) , you will be responsible for driving the Bank's financial planning and performance management processes, providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

What the role will entail

• Lead the annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes across business units and support groups.
• Develop financial models and business performance analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and board materials to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner closely with business leaders in evaluating financial performance, business initiatives, product profitability, and investment cases.
• Drive variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets, while recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Support enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives, including long-term planning, capital allocation, and cost optimization efforts.
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and financial management tools through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. MBA, CMA, CPA, or CFA designation is an advantage.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Strategic Finance, or Financial Management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capabilities.
• Proven experience in business performance management, profitability analysis, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.
• Good understanding of banking financials, regulatory requirements, and key industry performance drivers is highly preferred.
