Appointment Setter and Sales Closer

Job Summary:
Step into the role of a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter and Sales Closer calling leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales on our website design packages. Working inside our CRM, you’ll reach out to interested leads, present our offer, and either close the sale or book the next conversation. We’re hoping to find someone with a proven outbound sales record, excellent English, and a strong drive to turn conversations into customers.Key Responsibilities:
Call leads in our CRM and introduce our website design packages
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and how well our offer fits
Pitch our packages clearly and confidently and handle objections professionally
Close sales with qualified prospects
Set appointments and follow-up calls for prospects who need more time to decide
Follow up steadily with warm leads to move them along the pipeline
Pick new leads from the lead generation section of our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Log call outcomes, notes, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM
Work from the scripts and sales training provided, and share what’s working
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing with a record of closing deals
Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification
Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a confident phone presence
Ability to pitch persuasively and handle objections
Comfortable with CRM platforms and calling/dialer software
Results-driven and resilient, able to stay motivated through rejection
Consistent, detail-minded, and able to work on your own
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including pipelines and its built-in dialer
Experience selling website design, digital marketing, or agency services
Experience selling to small business owners
Experience calling US-based prospects
Customer service or client support background
