? Job Summary
JAICOM BPO INC. is urgently hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our expanding team! You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients through outbound calls and setting quality appointments for our sales team—playing a key role in driving business growth.? Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided script • Qualify leads based on set criteria • Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups as needed • Maintain accurate call logs and outcomes in the CRM • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets✅ Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year call center experience (preferred but not required for fast learners)• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills • Confident phone presence with active listening skills • Goal-driven, positive, and a team player • Willing to work onsite during the night shift?
