About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Motorcycle Sales and Operations Manager to lead strategic partnerships, expand our business network, and identify new growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building meaningful business relationships, and is passionate about driving business growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners while identifying new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.

• Lead negotiations and close high-value partnership agreements.

• Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including contract execution and implementation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership commitments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners by providing proactive support and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand partnerships.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and exceptional partner experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Partnership Management.

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience working with senior executives and key decision-makers.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving startup environment.

• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

• Passionate about building long-term partnerships and delivering business results.

• Experience in the motorcycle industry or ecosystem (motorcycle sales, financing, lending, dealerships, or related partnerships) is highly preferred.
