With in-house design, development, and manufacturing capabilities, our gaming products are among the most popular and high-potential in the industry. Company Industry: Integrated Gaming Product Manufacturing Work Location: Makati City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday - Friday at 9am – 6pm Salary: Php 200,000 ($3,000 basic and $500 allowance all in package) Work Set-Up: Work on-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
- Open to foreign nationals that requires working visa (Taiwanese or Malaysian nationality)
- Bachelor's graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is common.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- A genuine interest in gaming, understanding of the gaming community.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Lead negotiations for new business opportunities, including licensing deals, distribution agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and oversee contract negotiations related to partnerships, licensing, distribution, and other business initiatives.
- Actively engage with potential partners to explore co-publishing, licensing, and distribution opportunities.
- Monitor and stay informed on current gaming industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with game development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution of goals.
