Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

• Research and identify prospective clients across target industries and markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through Linkedin, email outreach, business directories, industry databases, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
• Build and maintain an updated database of key decision-makers and target accounts.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including email campaigns, Linkedin outreach, cold calling, and networking initiatives.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, foreign investment activities, and business expansion opportunities relevant to the Philippine market.
• Track and report lead generation metrics, including outreach activities, response rates, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities generated.
• Support webinars, events, partnerships, and other initiatives aimed at generating new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, appointment setting, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, outsourcing, HR, accounting, legal, or corporate services industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and prospecting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to confidently engage and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
