Client Acquisition & Partnership Development

• Proactively identify, prospect, and close new brand accounts to expand the agency’s client portfolio within target industries.
• Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven partnership proposals and presentations tailored to the marketing objectives of prospective clients.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and pricing structures to secure highly profitable, long-term brand collaborations.
• Actively hunt and secure brand sponsorships for corporate events, creator campaigns, and large-scale promotional initiatives.
• Continuously analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to uncover untapped market opportunities and new client acquisition channels.

Account Management & Strategic Matching

• Oversee the smooth transition of newly acquired brands from the pitch phase to active client status, maximizing lifetime value and renewal potential.
• Architect strategic pairings between newly acquired brand partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Creators to drive maximum ROI, engagement, and sales performance.

Event Monetization & Activation

• Leverage upcoming networking events, workshops, and promotional campaigns as key conversion tools to pitch and close prospective brand partners.
• Ensure all secured sponsorships are seamlessly executed, delivering on promised brand visibility and commercial ROI.
• Track, analyze, and present post-campaign and post-event success metrics to brand partners to secure re-investment.

Internal Growth Collaboration

• Partner closely with internal KOL and Strategy teams to ensure brand client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Funnel frontline market feedback and client objections back to the leadership team to continuously refine the agency’s overall business development and pitch strategies.
