- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide market insights and recommendations for competitive hiring strategies.
- Participate in job fairs and employer branding efforts.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to source and engage applicants effectively, and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the recruitment cycle, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding procedures.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with potential remote work flexibility.
