Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting high-volume recruitment and mass hiring, particularly for store and operational positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle mass hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and manpower agencies.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies and recruitment partners.
- Monitor hiring progress and prepare recruitment reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or manpower recruitment.
- Experience in mass hiring is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and interviewing skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
