Junior Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible with documenting, encoding, and processing of customer’s PO.
- Preparation of documents for customer’s transactions (SO/DR/ Pull-out and others)
- Attend to customer’s inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments with regards to operational matters.
- Work with the partner senior sales assistant with regards to hand led accounts.
- Can use common Office equipment like Computers, Calculator, Copier, and Fax machine.
- Computer Literate, Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Perform other tasks as needed from time to time.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills, Have Good Analytical & Logical Thinking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Adminastration, Accounting
- Experience in Sales is an advantage, But totally not required, fresh graduate also welcome to apply.
- Entry position level.
