Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in headhunting, a strong network across various industries, and the skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring for senior-level and specialized positions.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to help identify qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with client companies to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and career aspirations.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods and tools to attract top talent.
- Manage and nurture relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the headhunting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to fill senior-level positions and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in utilizing recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
