Job Summary
The General Manager (Junior Manager) is responsible for overseeing the entire business operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and growth in the customs brokerage, logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding industry . This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and knowledge of ISO standards to maintain quality and compliance. Fluency in Chinese Hokkien or Mandarin is highly preferred. Candidates must be graduates of prestigious institutions such as La Salle, Ateneo, UP, or international schools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments.
- Knowledgeable in ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Chinese Hokkien or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Graduate of La Salle, Ateneo, UP, or international schools .
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Binondo, Manila .
