Responsibilities
- Source candidates — find people through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.
- Review resumes & applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings/interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Help with onboarding new hires (paperwork, orientation).
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals) for candidate sourcing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to undergo training and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
