Airline Reservation Specialist

Basic Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduates are welcome
- At least 6 months international voice experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
Core Responsibilities
1. Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound)
- Assist passengers from different countries via phone or email
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
2. Manage flight reservations & bookings
- Book new flights and modify existing reservations
- Handle rebooking, cancellations, and schedule changes
3. Process refunds and payments
- Issue refunds for canceled or changed flights
- Ensure accurate billing and transactions
4. Answer travel-related inquiries
- Provide details about flights, baggage, policies, and airline services
- Assist with mileage/loyalty program concerns
5. Handle customer complaints & resolution
- Address concerns professionally
- Provide first call resolution whenever possible
6. Maintain accurate records
- Document customer profiles, bookings, and interactions
- Update systems with correct and complete information
7. Ensure compliance & data security
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Protect confidential customer information
