Airline Reservations (Customer Care Representative)

About the Role
As a CSR, you'll support international airline passengers with bookings, inquiries, and solutions — all from a modern, air-conditioned office (with night/day shifts available).
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from passengers international regarding flight bookings, changes, mileage redemption, refunds, and travel disruptions
- Provide accurate flight information, process reservations, ticket reissues, and schedule adjustments efficiently
- Resolve complaints and issues professionally while turning frustrated travelers into happy customers
- Upsell airline promotions, ancillaries, and loyalty program benefits
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and meet daily performance targets (AHT, CSAT, quality scores)
- Collaborate with backend teams to escalate complex cases when needed
Who We're Looking For
- At least 6 mos of customer service experience in BPO
- Previous airline, travel, or hospitality account experience is highly preferred but not required — we'll train the right attitude!
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) is a strong advantage
- Confident computer user — comfortable with multiple systems & typing quickly
- Positive mindset, patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Amenable to shifting schedules (including graveyard/night shifts) and site-based work
