Airline Service Representatives (Freshers)

We are currently looking for Airline Service Representatives to join our team and support our esteemed international airline client. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to grow in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to airline services
- Assist customers with flight bookings, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate or at least 2 years in college (with TOR)
- No work experience required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work on-site
