We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we encourage you to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- SHS/College Graduate
- Completed at least 2 years in college (4 semesters, no back subjects) for old curriculum graduates
- With or without work experience
- Must have excellent communication skills (C1 level proficiency preferred)
- Willing tp work on-site
